In collaboration with Zpryme, Cloud for Utilities surveyed over one-hundred utilities regarding their usage or planned usage of Enterprise Cloud solutions.  The survey also reflects the utilities' opinions of the ease of earning a rate of return on Cloud costs in their service territory.
